Q1: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Most orders are estimated to arrive within 5–8 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your destination and local carrier conditions.

Q2: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! 🌎 We ship to the United States and many international destinations. You can enter your shipping address at checkout to confirm whether delivery is available to your location.

Q3: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer free shipping on orders over $49. For orders under $49, the applicable shipping fee will be shown at checkout.

Q4: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Returns & Exchanges

Q1: Can I return or exchange my watch band?
A: Yes. We accept return requests within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to help arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Please note that our watch bands are handcrafted with natural stones. Slight variations in color, pattern, texture, and stone shape are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

Q2: Who pays for return shipping?
A: If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost. For returns due to personal preference, sizing, or other non-quality-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Q3: How do I request a return?
A: Please contact us before sending your item back and include your order number and reason for the return. If the item is damaged or defective, please also include a photo showing the issue.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

  • Keep your watch band away from prolonged exposure to water and harsh chemicals to help preserve its appearance.
  • Each natural stone is unique, so slight variations in color, pattern, texture, and shape are completely normal and make each piece one of a kind.
