A: We handcraft each stone watch band with love ❤️, so please allow 2–5 business days for us to make and ship your order. After that, shipping times vary by location, Most regions will take 5 to 8 business days.

A: Absolutely! 🌎 We ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times depend on your location, and you’ll see the exact cost at checkout.
Q3: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can watch your new band make its way to you. 📦
Returns & Exchanges
Q1: Can I return or exchange my watch band?
A: Yes! If your band arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 15 days with a photo, and we’ll happily sort a return, exchange, or replacement.
Heads up: Because each band is handmade, we can’t accept returns for personal preference or sizing issues. Please measure your wrist and select the correct size before making a purchase. If a suitable size is not available among our options, please leave a note with your order or contact us directly.
Q2: Who pays for return shipping?
A: If it’s our mistake (damage or defect), we cover the shipping. Otherwise, for personal reasons, the return shipping is on the customer.
Q3: How should I prepare my return?
A: Just package your band safely, include your order number, and send it back. Once we receive it, we’ll get your replacement or refund on its way ASAP.
